Who's behind it

Hi, I'm Kerri.

Proud mother of three and Mima to five wonderful grandchildren.

I spent a long time looking for somewhere in this part of Rhode Island where little ones could play on a rainy Tuesday and grown-ups could actually sit down. When I couldn't find it, I built it — in what used to be a dog grooming shop on Metacom Avenue.

Every mural on these walls was painted by hand. Every station was chosen because one of my own grandchildren wouldn't leave it alone. It's a space designed by somebody who is still, most weekends, down on the floor playing in it.

Three things to know

Sign the waiver first

It takes ninety seconds online and means you walk straight in instead of filling out a form with a toddler on your hip.

Socks on, shoes off

Everyone in the play space needs socks, grown-ups included. Grippy ones are best. We sell them if you forget.

Stay with your kids

Every child needs an adult with them the whole visit. We're a play center, not a drop-off. Two adults per family are free.
